Is VitrinCar free for buyers?

Yes — browsing, comparing, messaging sellers and booking test drives are free for buyers.

Are sellers verified?

Dealers pass identity, business and document checks before they can list. Look for the verified badge on the listing and the dealer page.

How do I buy safely?

Keep all communication inside VitrinCar, inspect the car in person, verify the VIN and documents, and never pay before signing a contract. See Buyer Protection.

What if the car is already sold but still listed?

Report it (reason: No longer available) — we remove or relist within 24h and email you similar live cars.

How do test drives work?

Book a date and time on the listing, then manage or re-book from your bookings. The dealer confirms and is notified instantly.

The seller is not replying — what now?

Allow 48 hours, then report it (reason: Seller not responding). Unresponsive sellers are deprioritised and we surface responsive ones.

How do I list my car?

Use “Sell my car”, or become a dealer for full inventory tools.
