Buying a car
Is VitrinCar free for buyers?
Yes. Searching, comparing, writing to sellers and booking test drives cost you nothing.
Who sells cars on VitrinCar?
Checked car dealers and private sellers. Dealer listings show the dealer and a verified badge.
Do I buy the car from VitrinCar?
No. You agree the purchase with the seller. VitrinCar connects you and keeps your messages.
How do I know the price is fair?
Each car page shows a market price estimate, so you see at a glance whether the price is low, fair or high.
Can I finance the car?
The finance calculator on the car page shows a monthly rate. The loan itself comes from a bank or the dealer.
Safety
How do I buy safely?
See the car in person, check that the VIN matches the papers and never pay before you sign a contract.
The seller wants money in advance. What should I do?
Do not pay. Report the listing; suspected fraud is reviewed first.
The listing is wrong or the car is already sold.
Report it. You get a ticket number and we review it within 24 hours.
The seller does not reply.
Give it 48 hours, then report it. Sellers who do not answer are shown lower.
Selling a car
How do I sell my car?
Sign in, add photos, mileage and your price, and publish. Buyers then write to you through VitrinCar.
What does selling cost?
All prices for private sellers and dealers are on our pricing page.
Can a dealer buy my car?
Yes. Offer your car to dealers and compare the bids you receive.
For dealers
How do I become a dealer on VitrinCar?
Register your business, upload your documents and choose a plan. Your showroom goes live after our check.
Can I import my stock from other portals?
Yes. The showroom panel imports your listings, so you do not type them twice.
Where do I see buyer inquiries?
In the Lead Manager: every message and test-drive booking in one list, linked to the car.
Account and app
Do I need an account?
Only to save favourites, write to sellers, book test drives or sell a car. Browsing works without one.
Which languages does VitrinCar speak?
German, English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.
Is there an app?
Yes, for iPhone and Android. Your account, favourites and messages are the same in the app and on the website.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from the e-mail address of your account and we delete the account and its data.
